Refund policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with VixenSilk. Please review this policy before submitting a return request.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, and other signs of wear
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items
For health, hygiene, and sanitary reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Panties and thongs
- Bodystockings and catsuits
- Hosiery, stockings, and tights
- Pasties and adhesive products
- Opened intimate products
- Items with broken or removed hygiene seals
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
We cannot accept returns on intimate items that have been worn, tried on without appropriate protective garments, washed, altered, damaged, or removed from sealed packaging.
Starting a Return
Before sending anything back, email info@vixensilk.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photographs, when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send products back to the address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt. VixenSilk is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email info@vixensilk.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs showing:
- The product
- The issue or damage
- The packaging and shipping label, when applicable
We will review the request and, when approved, provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Do not discard the item or packaging until we have reviewed your request.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because inventory and sizing availability may change.
The easiest way to receive a different eligible item or size is to return the original product according to this policy and place a new order.
Final-sale and nonreturnable items are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
We reserve the right to reduce or deny a refund when an item is returned:
- Worn, washed, used, or damaged
- Without original tags or packaging
- With stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or other signs of wear
- Outside the 30-day return period
- In a condition that prevents resale
- In violation of this policy
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.
To request a cancellation, email info@vixensilk.com immediately after placing the order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the applicable return requirements.
Refused and Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery may have return shipping or carrier charges deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
