Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no obvious product details on the outside of the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
